| There is a definite lessening of pain in my knees and hips since I began taking Trigosamine a little over 2 months ago. I have tried many glucosamin/chondroitin products and this is the best. |

| After doing some very strenuous exercising in January, my knee pain was so bad that I was stiff after sitting and walking was painful. I could tell the joints had inflammation because when I tried to do a deep knee bend, my knees felt "fat" inside the joints. My doctor x-rayed my knees in July and said it was a bit of arthritis, and that there was very little I could do to alleviate the pain and it would most likely not improve. I started Trigosamine in August. After two days of Trigosamine, I thought I could tell a difference, but tried not to get my hopes up. It's been several weeks now, and I can do a deep knee bend all the way without pain! Every once in awhile, my finger joints start to feel "fat" so I stop taking it for a few days, and the feeling goes away, and my knees are even better! Everyone's body works differently so pay attention to what your body is telling you. I highly recommend this product. I still can't believe I endured that pain and worry for 8 months, when this product was available. |

| I have been taking this product for several weeks now and have seen great results in my knees. I have been riding bike on hilly trails for almost a year, but I would always end up having to cut my rides short due to the fact that my knee's would be killing me. A few weeks after I started taking this product my knees were at ease. I never thought it was possible, but it's like I am a kid again and can ride long distances with no issues. |

| I have taken numerous products for knee pain. I started taking Trigosamine on a Monday, by Thursday I was feeling improvement in the level of pain in my knee. This improvement is with only taking 1 tablet daily. Great stuff. |

| Within 2 weeks of using medication my husband is able to make a fist with his hand. Due to arthritis he could not close his hand to hold a golf club and now can return to golf. |

| My dad has arthritis in his hands and could not even open a jar without severe pain. He has been taking Trigosamine for one month, and he can honestly say he is 90% better. I highly recommend this product! I have seen a big difference in his range of motion, and the pain level has decreased dramatically. |

| My knees are terrible - bad arthritis - have tried many "joint supplements," but this is the best. Within 2-3 weeks I felt a dramatic improvement. Ran out before I re-ordered - pain did return within 2 weeks. I immediately searched and re-ordered. Have been back on it for about 3 weeks - very noticeable improvement within 2-3 weeks - much FASTER and MUCH BETTER results than other products. I will continue this and never run out again - and have recommended to my friends. |

| I could list other product names that I have tried over many years. I discontinued all of them when I answered a newspaper ad for Trigosamine, after which I actually felt a lessening of my pains. My right knee was extremely hurtful. I even considered knee replacement. After 3 weeks (2 / day) I knew that it was definately helping more than any pervious products, including prescription drugs ordered by the doctor. I am now into bottle #3. Everyone is not the same, but I say Trigosamine works for me -- it may be worth your trying. Other joints are responding very well. I no longer need to use a cane. I sleep all night. I am also taking Celadrin capsules. The two get along very well together. |

Tried GS500 before and had limited success.

| I suffer from osteoarthritis on my right knee and this product has help me tremendously. I started feeling better right away in comparison with other joint supplements I have tried. I like the fact that you only have to take it once a day. It makes it so much easier to be consistent especially when you have a busy schedule. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a joint supplement. |

| I have found Trigosamine helps my knees. I am 78 years old and I felt my left knee, especially, was beginning to give way on me and cause me pain when I did my daily three mile walk. My joints seem to perform better when I am able to take Trigosamine. |
